The CenoBots L4 sets new standards in resource efficiency. With up to 75% water savings compared to conventional scrubber-dryers, it protects not only the environment but also your budget — less water means less cleaning agent, less wastewater, lower operating costs.

The compact build makes the L4 a specialist for tight environments: narrow aisles, shelving areas, complex layouts are no problem. At 1,000 m² per hour, it sits precisely between the small all-rounders and the large industrial machines — ideal for mid-sized supermarkets, retail stores, and office buildings.

LiDAR SLAM navigation ensures precise mapping and reliable orientation. The modular design enables quick part replacement and easy maintenance.

Why the L4?

The L4 is the right choice for businesses that value sustainability — without compromising on cleaning performance.

The 75% water savings is not a marketing promise but measurable reality: the innovative brush technology and optimized water distribution achieve equal results with a fraction of the water. For businesses with sustainability targets, that is a strong argument — in reports, certifications, and toward customers. At the same time, the L4 is economically attractive: less water consumption means less cleaning agent, lower wastewater fees, fewer refill interruptions.

In buildings without a nearby water connection, that is a real advantage. The compact size makes it manoeuvrable in environments where larger robots cannot fit. With our full-service model, you benefit from all advantages without in-house expertise — we handle maintenance and optimal configuration.

What do the numbers mean?

What do the L4's numbers mean in practice? The 1,000 m²/h cleaning efficiency is ideal for mid-sized areas: a 2,500 m² supermarket is finished in 2.5–3 hours. The 75% water savings means concretely: where a conventional robot uses 40 litres per run, the L4 manages with 10 litres. Over daily use, that saves over 10,000 litres of water per year — and corresponding cleaning agents.

The 20-litre fresh water tank therefore covers significantly more area than other machines — typically 3,000–4,000 m² per fill. The 4-hour battery life means: a complete run without charging interruption is guaranteed for most applications. ECO mode extends runtime even further.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the L4

The L4 uses a special brush technology and optimized water distribution. Instead of flooding the floor and then extracting, it applies precisely the right amount of water directly at the brush. The mechanical cleaning power is therefore higher, the water consumption lower. The result: the floor is just as clean — or cleaner — with a fraction of the water. The 75% savings was measured in standardized tests and confirmed in real-world use.

The L4 is optimized for areas between 500 and 4,000 m². Its strength lies in tight environments with narrow aisles — supermarkets, retail, office buildings. The compact build enables navigation through 60 cm wide passages. For very large, open areas like warehouses, we recommend the MT1 with higher capacity. The L4 is the perfect choice when manoeuvrability matters more than maximum area throughput.

No, quite the opposite. The L4's mechanical brush performance exceeds many water-heavy machines. The water serves only to loosen dirt; the actual cleaning is done by the brushes. Through optimal water dosing, dirt is loosened and immediately picked up — without puddles, without long drying times. Many clients actually report better results than with water-intensive alternatives.

The L4 has several cleaning modes: Standard for normal soiling, Intensive for stubborn areas, Eco for light soiling with maximum water savings. In Intensive mode, it automatically increases water flow and brush pressure. For spot cleaning of individual stains, there is a dedicated mode. Modes can be programmed differently per zone — Intensive in the entrance area, Eco in the rear aisles.
