Phantas
Gausium
The compact 4-in-1 cleaning robot for furnished, tight spaces: it vacuums, sweeps, scrubs, and dust-mops on a 585 × 445 mm footprint and passes through 650 mm aisles.
The Gausium Phantas packs four floor-cleaning modes into a compact chassis of 585 × 445 × 619 mm: vacuuming and sweeping at 465 mm width, scrubbing and dust mopping at 330 mm. It passes through 650 mm aisles and under desks with 650 mm of clearance, and in the dry modes its side brush cleans right up to the edge. Floor-type recognition adjusts the brush height to the surface; low-pile carpet is on the official list of floor types.
Navigation combines LiDAR with a 3D depth camera and an RGB camera, and deep-learning obstacle recognition decides how to handle what it meets — it drives around a cable instead of over it. An integrated handle switches between autonomous and manual mode: lift it, and the Phantas becomes a power-assisted walk-behind machine for spot work or transport. With the optional WS-03-S workstation it charges, refills fresh water, drains waste water, and rinses its squeegee and suction pipe on its own.
Gausium states up to 4.5 hours of scrubbing per charge and about two hours to recharge.
Highlights
4-in-1
Vacuums, sweeps, scrubs, and dust-mops — hard floors and low-pile carpet with one machine.
Built for Tight Spaces
650 mm aisles, 650 mm clearance under desks, edge-close cleaning with the side brush in dry modes.
Quiet Mode
Gausium specifies a quiet mode at ≤60 dB.
WS-03-S Workstation
Optional: charges, refills fresh water, drains waste water, rinses squeegee and suction pipe.
Smart Handle
Handle position switches between autonomous and power-assisted manual mode.
Floor & Obstacle Recognition
Adjusts brush height to the floor type; deep-learning obstacle recognition, e.g. drives around cables.

Four Modes for Small, Full Spaces
The Phantas is built for furnished floors up to roughly 1,000 m² — where bigger machines cannot get between and under things.
- Offices with desk clusters
- Medical practices and clinics
- Hotel lobbies and conference areas
- Smaller retail formats
Why the Phantas?
The Phantas is the machine for floors that are small, full, and varied: offices with desk clusters, medical practices, hotel lobbies, boutique retail — spaces up to roughly 1,000 m² where a bigger scrubber spends its time turning instead of cleaning.
Four modes mean one machine covers the stone floor at the entrance, the low-pile carpet in the meeting room, and the dust under the desks. In our program it sits between the Pudu ET1 and the Pudu CC1: larger and more versatile than the ET1, more compact than the CC1, which remains the better choice once areas get bigger and more open.
Two things set it apart in its class: the WS-03-S workstation, which takes water handling off your team entirely, and the integrated handle that turns it into a walk-behind machine whenever someone needs one. With our full-service model, we take care of setup, maintenance, and the right configuration — you get a clean floor.

What do the numbers mean?
What the numbers mean: 350–700 m²/h is Gausium's practical figure and the right planning number — the theoretical maxima on the spec sheet (1,188 m²/h scrubbing, 1,674 m²/h vacuuming) assume uninterrupted straight runs. A 600 m² office floor takes roughly one to two hours of scrubbing, well inside the 4.5-hour scrubbing runtime, and the machine recharges in about two hours. The 11.5-litre fresh-water tank matches the format; with the WS-03-S workstation, refilling and draining happen automatically.
The 6-litre dust bag holds three to seven days of dust according to Gausium. And the 650 mm minimum pass width together with the 650 mm pass height decides where it fits: between desk rows and underneath them.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the Phantas
They are different sizes rather than direct substitutes. The CC1 is rated at 700–1,000 m²/h with 15-litre tanks and fits areas of roughly 500 to 3,000 m². The Phantas works at 350–700 m²/h (practical) with 11.5/10.5-litre tanks, but it is smaller: 650 mm aisles, 650 mm clearance under furniture, an integrated handle for walk-behind work, and a workstation that handles water automatically. Furniture-dense floors up to about 1,000 m² point to the Phantas; larger, more open areas point to the CC1. We recommend after the site survey.
Several generations are in circulation in Germany — Diversey, for example, sells an earlier build under its own badge as TASKI Phantas 1.2, and Gausium also offers a Phantas Extra edition with AI spot cleaning. The figures on this page are Gausium's current official specification (V1.4 per the German brochure of July 2026). Gausium had the Phantas certified by TÜV Rheinland in 2024: CE under the Machinery Directive, tested to the autonomous floor-machine standard EN IEC 63327, functional safety PL d. In your offer, we name the exact build you receive and its certification.
When the Phantas docks, the WS-03-S charges it, refills fresh water, discharges the waste water, and rinses the squeegee and suction pipe so nothing clogs or smells. That leaves your team with consumables and the occasional brush and filter check. The station needs a water connection (0.15–0.6 MPa), a floor drain, and a power socket, plus 2 m of clearance in front — we check the location during the site survey. Without the workstation, the Phantas runs on its charging dock and the tanks are filled and emptied by hand.
The Phantas navigates with LiDAR and also carries a 3D depth camera and an RGB camera; it connects via its own SIM card to Gausium's cloud for app control, reporting, and updates. According to the OEM datasheet of the TASKI version, most data stays on the device and key figures such as cleaning performance and map coverage go to the cloud. We clarify data processing with you before deployment — what is transmitted, where it is stored, and the data processing agreement. If camera-free navigation is a hard requirement, our Nexaro NR1700 is the alternative.
