Frequently asked questions
Yes, we tune the cleaning program exactly to your floor covering. For parquet we use soft brushes and minimal moisture; for synthetic floors, adjusted contact pressure. The cleaning agents are selected per floor type. Before installation we inspect your floor and program the robot accordingly. Damage from incorrect cleaning is ruled out.
With a 15–30 minute break, a full clean is not possible — but a quick-clean pass is. The robot runs a fast route and removes coarse dirt and sweat. The thorough clean then happens at night or in the early morning. This combination keeps the floor in good condition all day.
Fresh shoe marks are removed in the normal cleaning pass. For older, burned-in streaks the robot can work in intensive mode with higher contact pressure. For very stubborn marks we recommend occasional manual touch-up at problem spots. More importantly: with regular robot deployment, such stubborn marks never build up in the first place.
Ideally at night or in the early morning before the first training session. The robot starts automatically — at 5 am, for example — and is done before the first class arrives. Alternatively it can start after the last evening session. During holidays or on training-free days, longer intensive cleans can also be scheduled.
