Frequently asked questions

Yes, our robots are designed for use in wet areas. The electronics are watertight encapsulated, the housing is corrosion-resistant. The robot can drive through puddles and vacuum up standing water. Even spray from showers or pool edges is no problem. After deployment it dries quickly and is immediately ready again.

The robot cleans and can work with disinfecting agents that kill germs and fungal spores. The mechanical action of the brushes removes the organic material in which germs settle. Important: the robot complements but does not replace professional disinfection by qualified staff. It provides continuous baseline hygiene between disinfection rounds.

The robot vacuums up standing water and leaves the floor significantly drier than before. It can be programmed to visit particularly slip-prone areas — pool edges, shower exits, changing-room entrances — more frequently. Continuous water removal prevents large puddles from forming. That measurably reduces the slip risk.

The robot is designed for operation with the public present. It automatically evades bathers and stops when someone comes too close. Its movements are slow and predictable. In practice, most visitors perceive the robot positively — as a sign of cleanliness and modern technology. Children are often fascinated.
