Installation is typically completed in one day. Our technician maps your store, programs the cleaning routes, and trains your team in the basics. The next day, the robot can already work autonomously. For complex layouts with multiple levels or very large areas, setup can take a second day, but that is rare.

The robot detects obstacles automatically and drives around them. Sales displays, forgotten pallets, or shifted merchandise are no problem. The sensors also register low obstacles such as fallen signs. If an area is permanently inaccessible, you can mark it as a no-go zone in the app.

Yes, that is one of the main advantages. You simply program the desired start time — 5 am, for example — and the robot begins its route automatically. It cleans the entire floor and returns to its charging station. When your team arrives at 8, the store is already clean. You can check the status at any time via the app.

With our full-service model, we take care of it. Our technician comes at least once a week, refills cleaning agents, checks all wear parts, and performs maintenance. You do not have to do anything. The cleaning agent is included in the monthly flat rate — no hidden costs for consumables.
