CC1 Pro

Pudu Robotics

The CC1 that checks its own work. Same proven 4-in-1 platform, plus a rear AI camera that verifies cleaning results and re-cleans what it missed.

The Pudu CC1 Pro builds on the identical hardware platform as our best-selling CC1 — same dimensions, tanks, battery, and 700–1,000 m²/h coverage rate — and adds an AI perception layer that changes how the machine works. A rear-facing AI camera watches the freshly cleaned floor, verifies the result, detects leftover stains, and triggers targeted re-cleaning.

In AI spot mode, it patrols at 1,500–3,000 m²/h and scrubs only where it finds dirt — covering 5,000 to 8,000 m² in a single run. The robot also monitors its own brushes and squeegees by image recognition and reports dirt buildup before it causes streaks.

Wet-stain and floor-type detection switch modes automatically: hard floors get the full wet treatment, carpet is vacuumed dry. Everything is documented in heatmaps — cleaning proof, not just a completed route.

Verified Clean, Even During Opening Hours

The CC1 Pro combines the proven 4-in-1 platform with AI verification and daytime spot patrol.

  • Supermarkets and retail chains
  • Hospitals and clinics (hygiene documentation)
  • Hotel lobbies and public areas
  • Office buildings
  • Facility-management contracts with SLAs

Why the CC1 Pro?

The CC1 Pro is the right choice when you need to prove cleaning quality, not just perform it.

Retail chains with audit requirements, hospitals with hygiene documentation, facility-management contracts with SLAs — the rear-camera verification and heatmap reports turn "it was cleaned" into evidence. The second scenario is daytime operation: in AI spot mode, the Pro patrols occupied venues and handles spills and entrance slush as they happen, instead of waiting for the night run. To be clear about what the Pro is not: it does not clean faster or harder than the CC1 in full-coverage mode — the base numbers are identical, and we say so openly.

The premium is intelligence and verification. If straightforward night cleaning is all you need, the CC1 remains the value pick; we will tell you which one fits in the demo.

What do the numbers mean?

The numbers in practice: full-coverage cleaning runs at the familiar 700–1,000 m²/h. The interesting figure is the 1,500–3,000 m²/h in AI spot mode — there the Pro moves fast, inspects, and scrubs only actual dirt, which is how a single run stretches to 5,000–8,000 m². The per-mode runtimes match the CC1: 5 hours scrubbing, 9 hours silent mopping, recharged in about 3 hours.

The 15-litre twin tanks refill and drain automatically at the optional docking station; a 30/30-litre mobile tank removes even the plumbing requirement. And the rear AI camera means the reports you get are not schedules but results: heatmaps of what was dirty, what was cleaned, and what the robot went back for.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the CC1 Pro

The hardware platform is identical — dimensions, tanks, battery, runtimes, and full-coverage cleaning rate are the same, and we make no claim otherwise. The Pro adds an AI layer: a rear camera that verifies cleaning results and triggers re-cleaning, an AI spot mode (1,500–3,000 m²/h patrol covering 5,000–8,000 m² per run), component self-monitoring, automatic stain and floor-type detection, a 6-litre dust-bag option, and optional elevator and e-gate integration. If documented quality or daytime spot cleaning matters to you, that layer pays for itself; otherwise the CC1 does the job.

A rear-facing AI camera continuously inspects the floor the robot has just cleaned. If it detects a leftover stain or streak, the robot marks the spot and re-cleans it. The results flow into cleaning-performance heatmaps and an operations dashboard: task completion, flagged stubborn stains, maintenance alerts. For your quality management, that means verifiable evidence per run instead of a completed-route log.

For occupied hours. Instead of scrubbing every square metre, the Pro patrols at up to 3,000 m²/h, finds actual dirt — a spill in the beverage aisle, slush at the entrance — and cleans exactly there. That is how it covers 5,000–8,000 m² per run and why it suits daytime operation in supermarkets, lobbies, and clinics: fast, targeted, and with dynamic obstacle avoidance around people.

With Pudu's optional elevator and e-gate integration, the Pro can move between floors as part of its route — this requires integration with your building systems, which we scope during installation. Without it, the usual patterns apply: one robot per floor, or staff move the robot via elevator. Breakpoint resume ensures it continues exactly where it left off.
