Frequently asked questions

Yes — that is the S5's home turf. As a dedicated industrial dry sweeper, it picks up sawdust, wood chips, screws, film, and packaging waste into its 50-litre hopper, and the HEPA filter with automatic shaker keeps fine dust bound. The scrubbing machines then handle the grime underneath. After each service visit, brushes and filters are as good as new.

For fresh soiling, yes. The robot scrubs with high contact pressure and lifts most stains as it passes. For old, dried-on cement stains or hardened paint, we recommend treating those spots with a scraper first — the robot can then re-mop them during its regular pass. With regular robot deployment, such stubborn crusts never build up in the first place.

Yes. The S5 identifies forklifts, pallet jacks, and other vehicles with its 3D LiDAR and plans avoidance paths around them; its 1-metre build, floor projection light, and turn signals keep it visible in hall conditions. On approach, the machines evade or stop. We deploy the same technology in logistics centres with far more forklift traffic than a DIY store — and agree routes with your safety officers during setup.

With our full-service model, our technician comes at least once a week — in heavily soiled DIY stores, twice. He cleans the robot, replaces brushes and filters as needed, and refills cleaning agents. All wear parts are included in the flat rate. You do not have to do anything — the robot is always ready for duty.
