Frequently asked questions

Yes, our industrial robots are built for exactly this load. The Pudu MT1 Max and the CenoBots L4 have extra-strong suction motors and robust scrubbing brushes that pick up coarse shavings and wood dust. The large debris containers hold several litres — enough for a complete cleaning shift even under heavy soiling. After each service visit, brushes and filters are as good as new.

For fresh soiling, yes. The robot scrubs with high contact pressure and lifts most stains as it passes. For old, dried-on cement stains or hardened paint, we recommend treating those spots with a scraper first — the robot can then re-mop them during its regular pass. With regular robot deployment, such stubborn crusts never build up in the first place.

Absolutely. Our robots have 360-degree sensors that detect forklifts, pallet jacks, and other vehicles. On approach, the robot evades or stops; the reaction time is under one second. Additional warning lights keep the robot visible even in dusty hall conditions. We deploy these robots in logistics centres with far more forklift traffic than a DIY store.

With our full-service model, our technician comes at least once a week — in heavily soiled DIY stores, twice. He cleans the robot, replaces brushes and filters as needed, and refills cleaning agents. All wear parts are included in the flat rate. You do not have to do anything — the robot is always ready for duty.
