Frequently asked questions

Yes, our robots are designed for exactly this challenge. Using LiDAR sensors and 3D cameras, they detect furniture, decoration, and obstacles precisely and navigate with centimetre accuracy. The robot finds its own way through winding showroom layouts and adapts its route to changed arrangements. When you set up a new living-room display, it learns the new area automatically.

Depending on the model, yes. The Pudu CC1 has a height of just 35 cm and fits under many sofas and beds. Special attachments are available for even lower furniture. The key point: the most dust often collects under furniture, precisely because manual cleaning skips those spots. The robot cleans these areas consistently on every pass.

No. The sensors detect obstacles and the robot stops or evades before making contact. The bumpers are made of soft material and leave no marks, even if the robot gently touches a piece of furniture. We have customers with the finest designer furniture — no damage in thousands of operating hours.

Furniture stores often have different floors: laminate in one department, tile in another, carpet islands as decoration. The robot can use different programs for different areas. During setup we define which zones are cleaned and how. For carpeted areas, we can deploy a separate vacuum robot working in parallel.
