Marvel
Gausium
The sweeper-scrubber robot for large floors: it sweeps and scrubs in one pass, carries 80 litres of fresh water and a 120 Ah battery — built for halls above 3,000 m².
The Gausium Marvel is the large-format sibling of the Mira, built for warehouses, production halls, hypermarkets, and parking garages. It sweeps and scrubs in one pass: two front side brushes sweep fine dust and coarse debris into a built-in tray, and the rear disc brushes scrub behind them with 55 kg of cleaning pressure. An 80-litre fresh-water tank, a 70-litre waste-water tank, and a 120 Ah LFP battery are sized for long runs — Gausium states 5–7 hours of scrubbing, at least 10 hours of sweeping, and at least 13 hours of dust mopping per charge.
Gausium recommends it for sites above 3,000 m². Perception combines a 3D LiDAR with a 360° vision system and SLAM localisation, and setup can be done remotely. For transport and spot work, a power-assisted handlebar and an optional stand-on pedal turn it into a manually driven machine.
Like the Mira, it flushes its waste-water tank and rinses its suction path itself, and with the WS-05 workstation it charges, refills, and discharges on its own.

Sweep and Scrub at Hall Scale
The Marvel is built for sites above 3,000 m², where coarse debris and wet soiling share the same floor.

Why the Marvel?
The Marvel is for large floors where dry debris and wet soiling come together: warehouses after the shift, production halls, hypermarkets, parking garages.
Sweeping and scrubbing in one pass saves the second run, and the 80-litre tank and 120 Ah battery are sized for long nights. In halls it is our first recommendation. Against our CenoBots L50 — the same 220 kg — it adds sweeping in the same pass, carries 80 instead of 55 litres of fresh water and, on paper, covers more area per hour. Its closest relative in our program is the Pudu BG1 Series, the other sweep-and-scrub machine for halls: the Marvel is lighter at 220 kg, carries the larger fresh-water tank, and is rated for 10° ramps; the BG1 brings an extendable edge-scrubbing brush and two detergent tanks.
Which one fits depends on your layout, ramps, and soiling — we decide that on site, not from the brochure. For narrow aisles, the smaller Mira is the better fit. With our full-service model, we take care of setup, maintenance, and the right configuration.

What do the numbers mean?
What the numbers mean: 3,024 m²/h scrubbing and 4,233 m²/h sweeping are Gausium's theoretical lab maxima; on a real floor with racking, turns, and traffic, coverage is lower — we calculate yours from the floor plan. The capacity figures are what make long unattended runs possible: 80 litres of fresh water and 70 litres of waste water, plus a 120 Ah LFP battery for 5–7 hours of scrubbing, at least 10 hours of sweeping, or at least 13 hours of dust mopping.
The machine needs room to work: an 850 mm minimum pass width and 1,300 mm to turn. At 220 kg net plus water, floor load and lifts in multi-level buildings are part of our site survey.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the Marvel
Both sweep and scrub in one pass, and both are hall machines with an 85 cm minimum aisle. The Marvel weighs 220 kg, carries 80/70 litres of fresh/waste water, runs on 120 Ah, and is rated for 10° gradients. The BG1 Series weighs around 344 kg, carries 75/60 litres, and adds an extendable edge-scrubbing brush, two detergent tanks, and a BG1 Pro variant with 3D LiDAR. Throughput figures are measured differently by the two manufacturers, so we do not compare them one to one. We recommend after the site survey — by layout, ramps, and soiling.
It is Gausium's theoretical maximum for scrubbing: full width, full speed, no turns. Gausium itself notes that its figures come from lab tests and that actual performance varies by application. On a real floor, racking, turns, traffic, and refill stops reduce it. For planning, we calculate coverage from your floor plan, soiling, and shift window — and Gausium's site recommendation (above 3,000 m²) tells you the scale the machine is built for.
Yes, for transport and spot work. A power-assisted handlebar lets one person move and steer the 220 kg machine without strain, and an optional stand-on pedal lets the operator ride along. Day to day, it runs autonomously; the manual mode is for moving it between areas or handling a spot outside the plan.
Besides the 3D LiDAR, the Marvel uses a 360° vision system, and it is set up and managed through Gausium's cloud fleet management. We clarify data processing with you before deployment — what is transmitted, where it is stored, and the data processing agreement. If camera-free navigation is a hard requirement for your site, we will tell you which machines in our program meet it.
