Yes. The robot automatically logs every cleaning run with timestamp, cleaned area, and cleaning agent used. You can export this data as a PDF or retrieve it via our app. Auditors receive objective evidence of your cleaning standards. Several of our customers have passed ISO recertifications and customer audits with this documentation.

Yes — as a team. The S5 sweeps up chips, screws, and coarse debris first (that is what its 50-litre hopper is for), then the scrubbing machines remove coolant residue and grime. This sweep-then-scrub split protects the scrubber brushes and is exactly how we configure production deployments. During our weekly service we inspect brushes and filters and replace them as needed — at no extra charge.

The robot is designed for mixed operation. It detects employees, forklifts, and other obstacles and evades automatically. You can define which areas are cleaned during which shifts — for example assembly during the early shift, warehouse during the late shift. The robot adapts its route to your operation, not the other way around.

Yes, demonstrably. Regular floor cleaning removes oil, coolant, and other slip hazards continuously — not only after someone has slipped. The robot runs its route several times a day and detects puddles, which it cleans specifically. Our customers report significantly fewer near-miss incidents after introduction.
