The Adlatus CR700 is a system, not just a robot: the 700 mm scrubber-dryer pairs with the S700-2 service station, which charges the battery, refills fresh water, and drains waste water fully automatically — enabling scheduled, multi-day unattended operation. Two deck variants cover different floors: the CR700C runs two high-speed roller brushes (550 rpm) that pick up coarse debris into an onboard container while scrubbing — one pass on textured, jointed industrial floors, no pre-sweeping.
The CR700D runs two 330 mm disc brushes or pads at 140 rpm for smooth and delicate surfaces, with the widest consumable choice. Both navigate camera-free on 2D and 3D LiDAR, work fully offline without WiFi or internet, and generate certified, GDPR-compliant cleaning documentation after every run — emailed automatically, usable for billing and audits.

What do the numbers mean?
What the numbers mean: 2,750 m²/h is the manufacturer's explicitly theoretical figure; Adlatus's own working example is roughly 10,000 m² per 4-hour charge — the honest planning basis. The 60-litre fresh and 55-litre waste tanks are serviced by the station: fresh water in under 10 minutes, waste drained in under 5, charging in 1.5–2.5 hours with speed charging.
The station needs real infrastructure — a fixed 3/4-inch water connection at 3–6 bar, a 230 V socket, and a drain — which is why deployment is an installation project that Adlatus and we plan together, including commissioning and training. The deck choice is a floor question, not a budget question: rollers with debris pickup for structured industrial floors, discs or pads for smooth and delicate ones.

The same 260 kg platform with two different cleaning decks. The C ("cylindrical") runs two roller brushes at up to 550 rpm and conveys loose, coarse dirt into an onboard container while scrubbing — built for textured floors, joints, cracks, and industrial environments where debris and grime coexist. The D ("disc") runs two 330 mm disc brushes or pads at up to 140 rpm — built for smooth floors like tile, concrete, PVC, and natural stone, with pads for delicate surfaces. Everything else — tanks, battery, station, navigation, dimensions — is identical.
Three things, fully automatically: battery charging (1.5–2.5 hours with speed charging), fresh-water refill in under 10 minutes, and waste-water draining in under 5. Combined with scheduled program starts, the system runs for days without anyone touching it. The requirements are real infrastructure: a fixed 3/4-inch water connection (3–6 bar, aquastop-secured), a 230 V socket, and a drain at the station location. Siting and installation are part of the project plan — Adlatus handles commissioning and training, and in our full-service model we coordinate all of it.
ADLATUS Robotics GmbH develops the machines in Ulm and states in its official brochures that final assembly takes place in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg; the current documentation carries the manufacturer's own "Made in Germany" mark. Component origins are, as with virtually every robot, international. Since September 2025, Adlatus has a strategic partnership with NEURA Robotics (Metzingen) that adds production capacity — also in Germany. We state origin exactly as the manufacturer documents it, no more and no less.
The CR700 navigates exclusively with 2D and 3D LiDAR: no image of your premises is ever recorded, and the environment is stored as coordinates only. It also runs fully offline — no WiFi, no internet, no cloud dependency — which makes it deployable where IT security policy rules out connected robots. After every run, the system produces a certified, GDPR-compliant cleaning report (area, time) delivered automatically by email — evidence for audits, service billing, and your own quality management.
