S5

CenoBots

The autonomous industrial dry sweeper that swallows real debris — from fine dust to bottles, film, and screws. 50-litre hopper, completely waterless.

The CenoBots S5 is CenoBots' first dedicated industrial sweeper — and it targets exactly the debris most cleaning robots have to drive around: packaging film, plastic bottles, cardboard scraps, screws, wood chips, plus the fine dust in between. Everything lands in a 50-litre quick-release hopper; HEPA filtration with an automatic filter shaker keeps dust bound and the airflow constant.

Around it, CenoBots has built serious perception: an NVIDIA AI chip with 100 TOPS, a 32-beam 3D LiDAR with up to 150 m detection range, and vehicle recognition that identifies forklifts and AGVs and plans avoidance paths — made for mixed-traffic logistics halls. With ~2,500 m²/h of theoretical sweeping capacity, 5–7 hours of runtime, and a 2-hour fast charge, it covers real industrial shifts, climbs 8° ramps, crosses speed bumps, and fits through 810 mm doorways.

Via TeamClean it coordinates with CenoBots scrubbers: the S5 sweeps first, the L50 scrubs after — a manufacturer-supported pairing.

Built for Warehouse Reality

The S5 handles the debris real logistics floors produce — and coexists with the vehicles that produce it.

  • Warehouses and logistics centres
  • Production and manufacturing
  • Parking garages
  • DIY and big-box retail (off-hours)
  • Transport hubs

Why the S5?

The S5 is for floors where the debris is the problem, not just the dust.

Warehouses after a receiving shift, production halls with packaging waste, DIY-store aisles, parking garages — environments where a vacuum robot clogs and a scrubber smears. In our fleet it sits in the same tier as the Pudu MT1 Max, with a different centre of gravity: the S5 wins on heavy industrial debris (50-litre hopper, bottles and film, vehicle recognition for forklift traffic), while the MT1 Max wins on semi-outdoor capability. We will tell you which one your site needs.

The operational load is the lowest in our fleet: no water, no drain, no dosing — a human empties the hopper and the filter shaker takes care of itself. And if your site already runs a CenoBots scrubber, TeamClean turns the two machines into one coordinated sweep-then-scrub workflow.

What do the numbers mean?

What the numbers mean: ~2,500 m²/h is the theoretical maximum (820 mm sweep width at 1.4 m/s) — plan real coverage below that, as with every sweeper. With 5–7 hours of runtime and a 2-hour fast charge, an overnight logistics shift is realistic, and the charging station needs nothing but power — no water hookup, which makes deployment the simplest in our fleet. The 810 mm minimum passage means standard doorways are not an obstacle, and the 0 cm wall distance keeps edges clean.

One number we deliberately do not print: noise. CenoBots publishes no dB value for the S5 — it is an industrial sweeper with a suction motor, so plan for off-hours in occupied areas until we have measured your unit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the S5

No — deliberately not. The S5 is a pure dry sweeper: brushes and suction, no water, no squeegee, no wet trace. That is its strength: it picks up debris a scrubber would smear or push, and it needs no water infrastructure at all. For wet cleaning afterwards, our CenoBots L50 is the natural partner — TeamClean coordinates both machines into a sweep-then-scrub workflow supported by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's list ranges from fine dust to wood chips, packaging film, plastic bottles, cardboard, and screws — the real-world debris of receiving zones, production lines, and DIY stores. Everything goes into the 50-litre quick-release hopper, and the HEPA filter with automatic shaker keeps fine dust from clogging the airflow. Debris size has limits like any sweeper; during installation we test your typical soiling on site.

Mixed traffic is its declared habitat: the S5 identifies forklifts, AGVs, and other vehicles and plans avoidance paths around them, using a 32-beam 3D LiDAR with up to 150 m detection range and 100 TOPS of onboard AI computing. The roughly 1-metre body height, a blue floor-projection light, and integrated turn signals keep it visible. As with every mixed-operation deployment, we agree on routes and right-of-way rules with your safety officers during setup.

Simpler than any wet machine: empty the 50-litre hopper, let the automatic shaker keep the HEPA filter clear (with periodic filter checks), and swap the quick-release side brushes as they wear. No water tanks, no drain, no detergent. In our full-service model, our technician covers all of it in the weekly visit; day to day, hopper emptying is the only touchpoint.
