MT1 Max
Pudu Robotics
The premium variant of the MT1 for dry cleaning on large areas. More capacity, more advanced AI.
The Pudu MT1 Max is the top model of our large-area dry-cleaning line — the third machine in Pudu's MT1 series, built on the proven MT1 platform. With a runtime of 5–10 hours and a higher cleaning rate of up to 2,200 m²/h, it covers more ground per shift than the standard MT1. The VSLAM + Marker + 3D LiDAR navigation adds three-dimensional perception, and a dual-SoC architecture doubles the computing power for more precise AI recognition.
What truly sets the Max apart: it is built for semi-outdoor use. IP54 protection, a rain sensor, an operating range from −10 to 45 °C, 5 cm obstacle crossing, and 8° slope capability open up parking garages, covered courtyards, and loading zones — areas where the standard MT1 stops. An automatic filter-cleaning vibration system extends component life and keeps dust extraction constant.
The MT1 Max is the choice for intensive continuous operation, indoors and beyond.

Why the MT1 Max?
The MT1 Max targets businesses with especially high demands: very large areas, high usage intensity, mixed indoor and semi-outdoor zones.
The longer runtime and higher throughput may seem minor on paper — in practice they mean: a 15,000 m² warehouse can be cleaned without a charging break. The 3D LiDAR reads the environment in three dimensions — decisive for logistics centres with high-bay racking and complex layouts. And where other cleaning robots stop at the hall door, the Max keeps going: parking decks, covered outdoor areas, and ramps are part of its official operating range.
Dry cleaning means: immediately walkable floors, no drying times, no slip risk. Combined with our full-service model, you get premium technology without premium headaches: we handle maintenance, wear parts, and optimal configuration.

What do the numbers mean?
The MT1 Max's specifications in a practical comparison: a runtime of 5–10 hours versus 4–8 on the standard MT1, combined with the higher 2,200 m²/h cleaning rate, enables noticeably more area per charge cycle — on a 15,000 m² warehouse, the difference between "just barely finished" and "comfortably completed." The additional 3D LiDAR on top of the MT1's navigation stack means the Max reads its surroundings in three dimensions — important in environments with cables, thresholds, or floor irregularities. And IP54 protection with a rain sensor means the shift no longer ends at the hall door: the Max is officially built for semi-outdoor areas such as parking garages and covered walkways.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the MT1 Max
The MT1 Max offers several officially documented improvements over the standard MT1: a higher cleaning rate (2,200 vs. 1,800 m²/h), a longer runtime band (5–10 vs. 4–8 hours), an additional 3D LiDAR on top of the shared navigation stack, doubled computing power via a dual-SoC architecture, and semi-outdoor capability (IP54, rain sensor, 8° slopes, 5 cm obstacle crossing). For standard indoor requirements, the MT1 is perfectly adequate. The Max pays off for very large areas, high-intensity usage, and sites with semi-outdoor zones.
That depends on your scenario. For areas around 15,000 m² or daily multi-shift operation, the longer runtime quickly pays for itself — every avoided charging break saves time and increases productivity. If your site includes parking decks, covered outdoor zones, or ramps, the Max is the only machine in the MT1 series officially built for them. And the automatic filter-cleaning system keeps dust extraction constant with less manual upkeep. With our full-service model, the price difference is smaller since maintenance costs are included regardless.
On multiple floors, the MT1 Max needs separate mapping per floor and, ideally, a charging station per floor. With Pudu's optional Elevator Control Module, the robot integrates with your lift system and can switch floors as part of its route. Without the module, staff move it via elevator, or one robot is deployed per floor. We plan the right setup for your building during installation.
The MT1 Max reports to the PUDU Link app on your phone or PC: real-time status, task progress, visualized cleaning reports per run, and alerts — for example, when the debris container is full. In our full-service model, our operations team monitors the same data and often resolves issues before you even notice them.
