The Pudu MT1 is our workhorse for large areas — and operates entirely without water. Its dual disc brushes sweep warehouses, supermarkets, and production facilities at up to 1,800 m² per hour, while negative-pressure dust control keeps fine dust bound instead of stirring it up. The Lidar SLAM + VSLAM navigation enables safe operation even in complex environments with changing obstacles.

The robust 35-litre debris container and 4–8 hours of battery life (depending on cleaning level) allow long runs without interruption. The 700 mm working width means fewer passes, faster coverage, more efficient cleaning. The MT1 is built for industrial hard floors and daily continuous use.

No water refilling, no drying times — immediately walkable floors.

Built for Large Areas

The MT1 was designed for large-area environments and delivers maximum efficiency in floor cleaning.

  • Supermarkets and wholesale stores
  • Warehouses and logistics centres
  • Production halls
  • Airports and train stations
  • Exhibition halls

Why the MT1?

The MT1 is the first choice for logistics, industry, and wholesale.

Where other robots hit their limits, the MT1 is just getting started. A 10,000 m² warehouse? One pass on the night shift — and 20,000 m² is a job for a duo. A supermarket with 15-metre-wide aisles? Efficient cleaning without constant turning. A production hall with forklift traffic? Safe coexistence thanks to advanced sensor technology. The economic leverage on large areas is enormous.

A manual cleaning team for 20,000 m² needs 4–5 people and several hours. The MT1 does it alone, at night, with no staff costs. Payback often comes within the first year. With our full-service model, you carry no risk: fixed monthly costs including maintenance, wear parts, and cleaning supplies. If there is a technical issue, we provide a replacement unit — your warehouse stays clean.

What do the numbers mean?

The MT1's numbers are impressive — but what do they mean in practice? 1,800 m²/h cleaning efficiency means: a warehouse of roughly four football pitches (28,000 m²) is covered in two 8-hour runs within a single day — with a fast recharge of under 3 hours in between. The 700 mm working width means: in a supermarket aisle, the MT1 makes just two passes instead of four with a smaller robot — saving time and energy. The 35-litre debris container is sized for long industrial runs — in many deployments a full night without emptying.

And up to 8 hours of runtime? That is a complete night shift without a charging break. The next morning, the MT1 is charged at the station and ready for the next deployment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the MT1

Yes — Pudu lists warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing among the MT1's core deployment scenarios. Its multi-sensor system (LiDAR, cameras, 3D depth perception) detects moving obstacles early, evades them, or stops before contact. We successfully deploy the MT1 in logistics centres where 20 or more forklifts operate simultaneously; routes and right-of-way rules are agreed with your safety officers during setup.

With 1,800 m²/h and up to 8 hours of runtime, up to 14,000 m² per charge is theoretically possible. In practice — with obstacles, manoeuvring, and varying soiling — we estimate 9,000–11,000 m² per run. That covers most warehouses. For larger areas, we deploy multiple robots that work in coordination. A 20,000 m² warehouse is handled comfortably by two MT1s in a single night.

Yes, the MT1 is built for industrial hard floors. Its dual sweeping brushes pick up dust, pallet abrasion, tyre marks, and typical industrial debris — from fine particles to coarse litter — completely without water, while the dust-control suction keeps fine dust bound. Our technicians check floor suitability during installation and calibrate the cleaning programme accordingly.

The monthly flat rate depends on your specific scenario — area size, usage intensity, level of soiling. For a concrete calculation, we are happy to schedule an on-site visit. As a guideline: most clients save 40–60% compared to their previous cleaning costs. Break-even is typically reached in the first month, since no upfront investment is required.
