The MT1's numbers are impressive — but what do they mean in practice? 2,500 m²/h cleaning efficiency means: a warehouse the size of four football pitches (40,000 m²) is fully cleaned in a single 16-hour shift. Or daily in two 8-hour runs. The 850 mm working width means: in a supermarket aisle, the MT1 makes just two passes instead of four with a smaller robot — saving time and energy.
The 35-litre debris container holds enough for 10,000–15,000 m² under normal soiling — in many cases a full run without emptying. And 6 hours of runtime? That is a complete night shift without a charging break. The next morning, the MT1 is charged at the station and ready for the next deployment.

Yes, the MT1 is designed and certified for mixed industrial operations. The PUDU SLAM 2.0 navigation with LiDAR and vision sensors detects forklifts, pallet jacks, and other vehicles from several metres away. The robot automatically evades or stops if a collision is imminent. Additional warning lights and acoustic signals ensure visibility even in dusty or dark halls. We successfully deploy the MT1 in logistics centres where 20 or more forklifts operate simultaneously.
With 2,500 m²/h and 6 hours of runtime, up to 15,000 m² per charge is theoretically possible. In practice — with obstacles, manoeuvring, and varying soiling — we estimate 10,000–12,000 m² per run. That covers most warehouses. For larger areas, we deploy multiple robots that work in coordination. A 30,000 m² warehouse is handled comfortably by two MT1s in a single night.
Yes, the MT1 is built for industrial floors. The robust sweeping brushes combined with strong suction remove even embedded dirt from concrete pores. Dust, pallet abrasion, tyre marks, and typical industrial soiling are handled effortlessly — completely without water. For very coarse debris like metal shavings, the MT1 is particularly effective since it picks them up dry. Our technicians check floor suitability during installation and calibrate the cleaning programme accordingly.
